苏联《钢》杂志从1981年第5期开始连续刊登文章讨论直径150mm以上大直径无缝钢管生产方向的问题。这一技术讨论引起了广泛的兴趣。参加讨论的有全苏管材研究所、全苏冶金机械科学研究所、冶金工厂设计院、高等院校、钢管厂以及设备制造厂的专家和工程师。讨论提出了各种不同的意见和建议,争论十分热烈。在讨论文章中比较集中的意见有两种,一种是主张发展限动芯棒连轧管机组,另一种则是建议采用串列式轧管机组。作者对这两种轧管机组的优点进行了充分的阐述并对机组的设备组成和选型提出了具体的意见。此外,也有人提出对现有周期式轧管机组进行改造的具体方案,其中包括推行穿孔机(PPM)和三机架连轧管机等。作为生产无缝钢管的原料应该使用连铸坯,这是一致同意的发展方向。鉴于苏联目前在连铸方面还没有过关,有人建议暂时用热轧方坯经推轧穿孔的办法来生产钢管。为了适应大直径无缝钢管生产的需要,苏联电钢重机厂已经在140串列式轧管机组五年多生产实践的基础上设计了250串列式轧管机组,准备用于现有220自动轧管机组的改建工程中,机组的设计能力可达47万吨;意大利因西公司在达尔明厂340限动芯棒连轧管机组投产几年之后又为加拿大和墨西哥设计了177和250限动芯棒连轧管机组。177机组的设计能力是30万吨,250机组的能力为42万吨。此外,据西德施罗曼—西马克公司报道,该公司新发展的三辊行星轧管机可以得到很大的延伸,目前已有厂家订货,用来生产直径70~219mm的钢管。这些新型的轧管机组为150mm以下无缝钢管的生产开辟了新的途径,无疑将会引起我国钢管工作者的密切注意。现将《钢》杂志5—10期发表的讨论文章全文译出,希望在我们考虑如何发展我国钢管工厂的时候能够有所裨益。同时建议我国广大轧管工作者也能开展这样的广泛讨论,进行各种方案的论证和比较,找出一个最佳的解决办法。 The Soviet Union, “Steel” magazine from the fifth in 1981 began a continuous article published on the diameter of 150mm or more large-diameter seamless steel pipe production direction. As a raw material for the production of seamless steel tubes should be used, which is the consensus of the development direction. In the light of the fact that the Soviet Union has not passed the continuous casting at present, it has been suggested that steel pipes be temporarily produced by rolling hot rolled billet through punches. These new type of pipe rolling units have opened up new avenues for the production of seamless steel tubes below 150mm and will undoubtedly attract the close attention of our steel tube workers.
