工业建筑改建加固方法分析

由于大跨度的框排架结构体系工业厂房建筑抗震性能较差,在改建成满足抗震规范的民用建筑时,宜采取合理适当的加固措施,保持原结构体系的稳定可靠。以双向增加柱间支撑调节结构刚度和荷载分配的某厂房的改建加固方法为例,介绍某厂房改建加固的设计、评审和施工的实践。实践表明:该方法具有加固工程量小,支撑布置灵活,加固后结构抗变形能力强、延性好等优点,值得推广和进一步研究。 Due to the poor seismic performance of long-span frame-and-frame structure industrial buildings, it is advisable to take reasonable and appropriate reinforcement measures to maintain the stability and reliability of the original structural system when converting into civil buildings that meet the seismic code. Taking the method of rebuilding and reinforcement of a factory building that increases the rigidity and load distribution of the two columns, the introduction of the design, assessment and construction of a factory building is given. Practice shows that this method has the advantages of small amount of reinforcement work, flexible support arrangement, strong anti-deformation ability of the structure after reinforcement and good ductility, which is worthy of promotion and further research.
