小麦起身期叶面喷施150~200ppm多效唑溶液,植株表现出明显的抗倒特性。处理后节间缩短,基部茎增粗,茎壁加厚,茎秆高度降低,重心位置下移,相对下垂力距减小,厚壁组织细胞层和茎秆横切面维管束数目增多,基部茎秆单位长度内干物质重量和纤维素含量提高,小麦植株抗倒伏能力加强;同时叶片叶绿素含量提高,光合强度增加,生理活性增强。
Wheat leaf up during the spraying 150 ~ 200ppm paclobutrazol solution, the plants showed significant anti-down characteristics. The internode shortened, the base stem thicken, the stem wall thickened, the stem height decreased, the center of gravity shifted down, the relative drooping force distance decreased, and the number of vascular bundles in thick-walled tissue cell layer and stem cross-section increased. The dry matter weight and cellulose content per unit length of culm increased, and the lodging resistance of wheat plants was enhanced. At the same time, the content of chlorophyll increased, the photosynthetic intensity increased and the physiological activity increased.
