采用偏光显微镜对不同碱度条件下中钛型高炉渣的矿相结构进行了研究。结果表明,炉渣显微结构为斑状、似斑状结构;碱度为0.92时,矿物组成主要为玻璃质、黄长石、安诺石,少量的碳化钛、氮化钛及其固溶体;碱度为1.02,1.12,1.32时,出现了钛辉石、巴依石及钙钛矿,未见安诺石。随碱度的升高,碳化钛、氮化钛及其固溶体先降低后升高,钙钛矿、含钛辉石(巴依石及钛辉石)含量升高;黏度先降低后升高,承钢高炉渣碱度易控制在1.02左右。
Polarizing microscope was used to study the phase structure of medium-titanium blast furnace slag with different basicity. The results show that the microstructure of the slag is macular, speckled. When the alkalinity is 0.92, the mineral composition is mainly vitreous, yellow feldspar, ananalite, a small amount of titanium carbide, titanium nitride and its solid solution. The alkalinity is 1.02, 1.12,1.32, there have been titanium pyroxene, BaYishi and perovskite, no An Nuoshi. With the increase of alkalinity, the contents of titanium carbide, titanium nitride and their solid solution firstly decreased and then increased, and the content of perovskite and titaniferous pyroxene (barite and titanaule) increased; the viscosity decreased first and then increased, Chenggang blast furnace slag alkalinity easily controlled at about 1.02.
