目的:建立同时测定复方磷酸可待因糖浆中盐酸去氧肾上腺素、磷酸可待因、盐酸伪麻黄碱和盐酸曲普利啶4种成分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用HYPERSIL BDSCN柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以0.4%醋酸铵溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,用冰醋酸调节pH为7.0)-乙腈(75∶25)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长257nm。结果:盐酸去氧肾上腺素、磷酸可待因、盐酸伪麻黄碱、盐酸曲普利啶线性范围分别为10.2~509.8,8.0~400.2,30.0~1500.4,2.6~130.0μg·mL-1(r≥0.9998);回收率(n=9)分别为101.4%,102.4%,100.5%,100.5%。结论:本方法操作简便快速,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of phenylephrine phosphate, codeine phosphate, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and triprolidine hydrochloride in compound codeine phosphate syrup. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of HYPERSIL BDSCN column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with 0.4% ammonium acetate solution (containing 0.2% triethylamine and adjusted to pH 7.0 with glacial acetic acid) -acetonitrile (75:25) mL · min-1, detection wavelength 257nm. Results: The linear ranges of phenylephrine hydrochloride, codeine phosphate, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and triprolidine hydrochloride were 10.2 ~ 509.8, 8.0 ~ 400.2, 30.0 ~ 1500.4 and 2.6 ~ 130.0 μg · mL -1, respectively (r≥0.9998) ; The recoveries (n = 9) were 101.4%, 102.4%, 100.5% and 100.5% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and fast, the results are accurate and reliable.
