复兴意味着认识到问题所在,陕西影视在上世纪90年代的没落,除了不可抗拒的外在政策与社会发展以外,很多自身内在的问题也亟待解决.rn陕西是一个拥有丰富影视文化资源的大省,但却难以称得上一个影视文化强省,陕西影视产业没有形成强大的竞争力,经济效益与社会效益难以获得同步发展.尽管“影视陕军”有着较强的影响力和号召力,取得了不俗成绩,但及至当下,陕西影视在产业链条、资本运作、获利能力、人才建设、风格形象等方面需要不断完善、提高.
