2014年,由国务院和党中央颁布的中央一号文件中明确指出对农业和农村的深化改革目标,推动农村经济发展再次成为新时期的重要任务。发展乡村旅游业对促进农村经济发展,缩小城乡差距等方面具有重大的推动作用。而研究乡村发展规划理论对乡村旅游的顺利开展具有指导意义。本文主要对乡村旅游发展规划理论做初步研究,并结合具体实践进行深入分析。 In 2014, the document No. 1 of the Central Government promulgated by the State Council and the Central Committee of the Party made it clear that the goal of deepening reforms in agriculture and rural areas and promoting rural economic development have once again become an important task in the new period. The development of rural tourism plays a significant role in promoting rural economic development and narrowing the urban-rural gap. The study of rural development planning theory is of guiding significance to the smooth development of rural tourism. This paper mainly makes a preliminary study on the theory of rural tourism development planning and carries out in-depth analysis with specific practices.
