[目的]寻找高活性的二卤代吡唑酰胺类化合物并进行结构优化。[方法]通过二卤代氯虫苯甲酰胺结构中的吡唑环,设计合成一系列二卤代的吡唑酰胺类化合物。[结果]合成了12个结构新颖的二卤代吡唑酰胺类化合物,结构经过1H NMR和Elemental Analysis确证。[结论]杀虫活性测试结果表明:部分化合物在0.05 mg/L时对小菜蛾具有较高的致死率。
[Objective] The research aimed to search for highly active dihalopyrazole amide compounds and optimize their structure. [Method] A series of dihalo pyrazole amides were designed and synthesized through the pyrazole ring in dihalogenochlorobenzamide structure. [Result] Twelve new dihalopyrazole amides were synthesized and the structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and Elemental Analysis. [Conclusion] The results of insecticidal activity test showed that some compounds had high lethality to Plutella xylostella at 0.05 mg / L.
