目的 了解北京市市售婴幼儿食品重金属铅含量。方法 按照北京市行政辖区进行随机采样,按GB/T5009.12-2010第一法石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行检测。结果共采集样品175件,包括婴儿、较大婴儿和幼儿食品采集样品54件,婴幼儿谷类辅助食品采集样品65件和婴幼儿罐装食品56件。铅元素的检测值范围在0.003 2~0.14 mg/kg,样品铅元素检测合格率100%。结论北京市市售婴幼儿食品重金属铅无明显污染。
Objective To understand the contents of heavy metal lead in commercially available infants and young children in Beijing. Methods According to the random sampling in the administrative area of Beijing, the method was first tested by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry according to GB / T5009.12-2010. A total of 175 samples were collected, including 54 infants, 54 infants and young children’s food samples, 65 infants cereal food samples and 56 infants and young children’s canned food samples. The detection range of lead is 0.003 2 ~ 0.14 mg / kg, and the pass rate of lead in the sample is 100%. Conclusion There is no obvious pollution of heavy metal lead in infant food in Beijing.
