2205是一种标准双相不锈钢材料,因其具备优异的力学性能和良好的耐氯离子腐蚀性能而被广泛应用于海水离心泵的承压焊接件材料。双相不锈钢与传统的奥氏体不锈钢材料有不同的冶金特点和金相组织,所以2205焊接件质量评定必须重新进行评估。本文在介绍2205双相不锈钢各种物理、化学、力学、金相、焊接、热处理等性能并与奥氏体不锈钢316L比较的基础上,提出了2205焊接件质量评定的一些补充要求,包括焊接工艺评定项目和焊接母材的质量验收要求。
2205 is a standard duplex stainless steel that is widely used as a bearing material for seawater centrifugal pumps because of its excellent mechanical properties and good resistance to chloride ions. Duplex stainless steel and traditional austenitic stainless steel have different metallurgical characteristics and microstructure, so 2205 welding quality assessment must be re-evaluated. Based on the introduction of various physical, chemical, mechanical, metallurgical, welding and heat treatment properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel and the comparison with the austenitic stainless steel 316L, this paper presents some supplementary requirements for the quality evaluation of 2205 welded parts, including the welding technology Assess project and quality requirements for welding of base metal.
