学徒制,借鉴国外的职业教育模式,是深化产教融合、校企合作,推动职业教育改革创新的一种重要形式。本文以黑龙江信息技术职业学院为例,分析了高职院校经管类专业实行现代学徒制的必要性和可行性,并从人才培养目标设计、人才培养模式设计、课程体系设计、师资队伍建设、校企合作管理几个方面探讨了高职院校经管类专业实行现代学徒制需要解决的关键问题。
Apprenticeship system, learning from foreign vocational education model, is to deepen the convergence of production and education, school-enterprise cooperation and promote vocational education reform and innovation is an important form. Taking Heilongjiang Institute of Information Technology as an example, this article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the modern apprenticeship system in economics and management of higher vocational colleges.
