作者首选阿维A酯的最大允许剂量(75mg/天)治疗有症状性口腔扁平苔藓(简称OLP)患者,旨在评价阿维A酯的疗效。共治疗6名患者,女4名,男2名,年龄49～77岁。诊断依据临床特征和活检,以及病史和真菌检查。每位患者用阿维A酯治疗2月,每天75mg,分3次服。结果表明,治疗结束时50%的患者症状消失,每位患者的症状和体征都有一定的缓解,主要表现为颊粘膜萎缩或糜烂消失或转化为无症状的角化粘膜。治疗结束后两
The authors prefer the maximum allowable dose of avermectin (75 mg / day) in the treatment of symptomatic oral lichen planus (OLP) patients, to evaluate the efficacy of Avermectin Ester. A total of 6 patients were treated, 4 females, 2 males, aged 49 to 77 years. Diagnosis based on clinical features and biopsy, as well as medical history and fungal examination. Each patient was treated with Avastin A in February, 75 mg daily, in 3 servings. The results showed that 50% of the patients disappeared at the end of the treatment, and the symptoms and signs of each patient were relieved.
