以皮革厂废弃牛毛为原料,通过碱处理对其表面适当破坏,再经过干燥,机械粉碎,制备了一种新型有机肥料NOF(New organic fertilizer)。以机械粉碎与酶处理效果为目标,通过正交实验优化了碱处理条件。碱处理条件为3%Na OH,60℃,75%水,6 h。颗粒尺寸分析实验结果显示,颗粒尺寸270μm以下的NOF达70%以上。SEM(扫描电镜)图显示,经化学处理后的毛粉表面均有不同程度破坏。将毛粉进行土埋以观察降解情况。实验结果显示,90 d后土壤含氨氮量达0.68 g/kg。种植试验显示,加入NOF的植株均比未加的植株长势旺盛。国标NY 525-2012分析表明毛粉适合做有机肥料。
