临床上腮腺区异位甲状腺较为少见，而异位甲状腺发生恶变则更为少见，现报告我科收治1例。患者，男，12岁。主因发现有耳垂下肿物二年余就诊。患者于二年前无意中发现其右侧耳垂下有一花生样大小之肿物，并逐渐增大，无明显不适感。曾行针灸等治疗，不见好转，故来我院。查体：
Ectopic thyroid gland in the parotid gland is rare in clinical practice, but malignant transformation of ectopic thyroid gland is rarer. One case has been reported in our department. Patient, male, 12 years old. The main cause of ear lobe found more than two years of treatment. The patient accidentally discovered two years ago that there was a peanut-like mass beneath his right ear lobe and gradually increased without noticeable discomfort. Acupuncture and other treatment has not improved, so I came to our hospital. Physical examination:
