Objective: To investigate the experimental research of different thrombin activating platelets to promote the healing of diabetic wounds. Methods: Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected to establish a diabetic rat model. A circular 2.54 cm 2 imprinting was performed on both sides of the spine of the rat by trepanning. Surgical scissors was used to cut the full-thickness skin of the rats along the impressions to stop the bleeding Reserve, divided into diabetic group, activated platelet group, not activated platelet group. Results: At 3 and 7 days after treatment, the wound closure percentages of the three groups of rats showed no significant difference (all P> 0.05); the percentage of wound closure in the untreated platelet group 15 days after treatment was significantly higher than that in the diabetic group And activated platelet group, the difference was statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion: Platelet without thrombin activation can effectively promote the healing of diabetic wounds.
