目的分析总结剖宫产术后腹部切口发生脂肪液化的原因,探讨剖宫产术后腹部切口脂肪液化的有效防治措施,降低其发生率。方法对本科2011年2月至2013年2月收治的16例剖宫产术后腹部切口发生脂肪液化的病例临床资料进行回顾性分析,针对患者病变局部情况选择适宜的方法进行治疗,对所得数据进行统计学处理。结果本组患者经过针对其渗出及切口愈合状况的治疗后,全部痊愈,无一例复发。结论剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化与肥胖、全身性疾病、电刀使用等因素密切相关,采用针对性的预防措施可有效预防其发生。
Objective To analyze and summarize the causes of fat liquefaction in abdominal incision after cesarean section and to discuss the effective prevention and treatment measures of fat liquefaction in abdominal incision after cesarean section and to reduce its incidence. Methods The clinical data of 16 cases with fat liquefaction of abdominal incision after cesarean section admitted from February 2011 to February 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the local conditions of the patients, the suitable methods were selected for treatment. The data obtained Statistical analysis. Results This group of patients after treatment for its exudation and incision healing, all recovered, no case of recurrence. Conclusion Cesarean section incision fat liquefaction is closely related to obesity, systemic diseases and the use of electric knife, and targeted prevention measures can effectively prevent its occurrence.
