估计叶面积是测定叶面指数、光合产量、生物量的必要步骤。由于受测叶片数量多、又无标准的几何形状,导致计算工作量相当繁重。鉴于油茶叶片具有相对稳定的叶形,我们初步尝试利用迥归分析的方法籍助于叶片的长(叶片主脉基部至叶尖顶端的长度)与宽(与叶长垂直的最大长度)的乘积和叶片实际面积(方格纸法)建立迥归方程,从而简化叶面积的计算方法,得出较为可靠的估计值.
Estimating leaf area is a necessary step to determine leaf index, photosynthetic yield and biomass.
