目的 :探讨血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白与糖尿病性视网膜病变 (DR)发生发展的关系。 方法 :对 30 8例 型糖尿病患者的血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白资料进行分析总结。结果 :血清总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL )、载脂蛋白 A(APO- A) ,APO-B在有 DR组较无 DR组明显增高 (P<0 .0 5 )。增殖期 DR组中 ,TC,三酰甘油 (TG) ,载脂蛋白 APO- B较单纯期 DR组非常显著或显著增高 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。经过 L ogistic回归分析显示 ,DR与 TC水平相关。结论 :血脂和脂蛋白的代谢异常 ,特别是血胆固醇的水平 ,影响着 DR的发生发展 ,因此 ,糖尿病患者在严格控制血糖的同时也应严格控制血脂水平
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the development of blood lipids, lipoproteins, apolipoproteins and diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: The data of blood lipids, lipoproteins and apolipoproteins in 30 8 type diabetes patients were analyzed and summarized. Results: The levels of total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL), apolipoprotein A (APO-A) and APO-B in DR group were significantly higher than those in DR group (P <0.05). TC, triglyceride (TG) and apolipoprotein APO-B in proliferating DR group were significantly or significantly higher than those in DR group (P <0.01, P <0.05). After L ogistic regression analysis showed that DR and TC levels. Conclusion: The abnormal blood lipid and lipoprotein metabolism, especially the level of blood cholesterol, affects the occurrence and development of DR. Therefore, patients with diabetes should strictly control the level of blood lipids while controlling their blood glucose strictly
