目的 了解广西应对核与辐射突发事件的卫生应急能力和医疗卫生保障准备状况.方法 以分层抽样的调查方法与网络填报的调查方式,对广西6家区级单位和14个市(地市级)的54家医疗卫生机构的应急医疗资源进行调查研究.结果 现有的核与辐射卫生应急医疗资源及其储备工作不能满足全区的实际需求,还存在核与辐射卫生应急组织机构不健全、核与辐射卫生应急医疗资源分布不均衡和核与辐射卫生应急医疗资源配置不足等问题.结论 明确职责健全核与辐射卫生应急组织体系和整合资源加速推进核与辐射救治基地建设是进一步完善广西核与辐射卫生应急医疗资源储备工作的重要措施.“,”Objective To investigate the present situation of nuclear and radiation emergency preparedness in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Methods Totally 60 institutions undertaking nuclear and radiation health emergency task, 6 at the provincial-level and 54 medical and health institutions in 14 municipalities were collected by stratified sampling and underwent network filling so as to understand he distribution of nuclear and radiation emergency medical resources and their capability to deal with the possible emergency in this region. Results There were specific health emergency offices in 48.3% of the institutions surveyed; and the nuclear and radiation emergency was in charge of Med?ical Administration Division In 31.7% of the institutions surveyed, of Public Health Division in 13.3%, and of Occupa?tional Health Radiology Department in 6.70% of the institutions. The higher the level of the institutions the more the relevant equipments they possessed (all P<0.05). However, the possession rate for many equipments were still rather low. Conclusion At present, the existing nuclear and radiation health emergency medical resources in Guangxi still fail to meet the actual needs and there are still many problems to be solved.
