街道里的爱心大集本溪市平山区南地街道总工会涵盖60多家企业,企业职工千余人。由于在市场经济条件下,一部分企业职工与企业解除劳动关系后,企业对职工就不再承担任何责任和义务,大量困难职工集中于社区,给社会稳定带来一定压力。这些困难职工中有相当一部分不具备政府救助条件,迫切需要工会组织给予救助,而市区两级帮扶中心开展救助时,是以到帮扶中 Daxi in the streets love Benxi City, Pingshan District, South Street, covering more than 60 general trade unions, more than 1,000 corporate employees.
