人口、资源、环境和经济之间的相互作用构成了动态开放的PREE系统,本文以庆阳市为例,建立了可持续发展指标体系,通过用改进的熵值法赋予权重,计算各子系统的综合发展指数,对1978-2005年陇东黄土高原人口、经济、资源、环境系统及总体的可持续发展状况进行动态研究的基础上,探讨了各子系统之间的协调发展程度,揭示了庆阳市可持续发展中的问题,并提出了相关建议。
The interaction between population, resources, environment and economy constitutes a dynamic and open PREE system. This paper takes Qingyang City as an example to establish the index system of sustainable development. By using the improved entropy method to calculate the weight of each subsystem Based on the dynamic study of the population, economy, resources, environment system and overall sustainable development of the Loess Plateau in east Gansu from 1978 to 2005, the paper discussed the degree of coordinated development between the subsystems and revealed the Qingyang City, the issue of sustainable development, and made the relevant recommendations.
