硫化氢(H_2S)作为新发现的第3种气体信号分子,在胃肠道系统等多种病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用。最近研究发现H_2S可能通过Sirtuin type 1(SIRT1)途径或Ras/mitogen activated protein kinase(Ras/MAPK)信号通路等机制影响结直肠肿瘤细胞的增殖、转移和分化;也可通过抑制细胞自噬和细胞凋亡等途径促进结直肠肿瘤的发生;还可能通过激活ERK、p38-MAPK的磷酸化抑制肿瘤细胞(WiDr)的增殖。本文对胃肠道组织中H_2S的生成与代谢及其在结直肠肿瘤中的作用及机制研究作一综述。
Hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S), as the newly discovered third gas signaling molecule, plays an important role in various pathophysiological processes, such as the gastrointestinal system. Recent studies have found that H 2 S may affect the proliferation, metastasis and differentiation of colorectal tumor cells through mechanisms such as Sirtuin type 1 (SIRT1) pathway or Ras / mitogen activated protein kinase (Ras / MAPK) signaling pathway. It may also inhibit cell autophagy and cell Apoptosis and other pathways promote the development of colorectal cancer. It may also inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells (WiDr) by activating the phosphorylation of ERK and p38-MAPK. This review summarizes the generation and metabolism of H 2 S in gastrointestinal tract and its role in colorectal neoplasms.
