为实现毫米波一维扫描相控阵宽带低旁瓣设计,在分析全波矩量法的基础上设计了带宽大于10%、增益19dBi串馈阵列天线.以串馈阵列天线为辐射单元,设计了8通道一维扫描相控阵天线,利用数字波束形成技术对8通道输出的基带信号进行处理,得到以4°为扫描步进值18波束辐射方向图,其增益为26 dBi、旁瓣电平-30 dB、带宽大于10%.天线结构简单、成本低、波束控制灵活,有利于一维扫描相控阵天线宽带、低旁瓣、小型化、轻量化的发展.
In order to realize the design of broadband low sidelobe of one-dimensional millimeter-wave scanning phased array, a series-fed antenna with bandwidth of more than 10% and a gain of 19dBi was designed based on the analysis of full-wave moment method. An 8-channel 1-D scanning phased array antenna was used to process the 8-channel baseband signal by digital beamforming technique to obtain a 18-beam radiation pattern with a scanning step value of 4 °, with a gain of 26 dBi, Flat -30 dB, and bandwidth greater than 10%. The antenna has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and flexible beam control, which is beneficial to the development of broadband, low sidelobe, miniaturization and weight reduction of a one-dimensional scanning phased array antenna.
