目的研究光动力学疗法治疗上消化道癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法临床各期上消化道癌患者56例,男性37例,女性19例,平均年龄65.6岁。应用630-PDT半导体激光器作为治疗光源,激光波长630nm,功率密度200-400mW/cm.能量密度100-300J/cm。光敏剂为PHOTOFRIN,按2mg/kg于照光前12-24h静脉滴注。结果完成治疗的56例患者中,完全效应6例(占10.7%),明显效应33例(占58.9%),稍有效应12例(占21.4%),无效5例 (占8.9%)。总有效率(CR+PR)为69.6%。所有病例均未出现严重毒副反应。结论光动力学疗法治疗临床各期上消化道癌疗效肯定,毒副反应轻,耐受性好,是一种较好的姑息治疗手段。
Objective To study the short-term curative effect and toxicity of photodynamic therapy on upper gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 56 cases of clinical upper gastrointestinal cancer patients, 37 males and 19 females, with an average age of 65.6 years. 630-PDT semiconductor laser is used as a therapeutic light source with a laser wavelength of 630 nm and a power density of 200-400 mW / cm.
