为了研究不同卷取温度对 CSP 工艺生产的 SPCD 冷轧成品板的影响,采用两种卷取温度(其他的热轧、冷轧、退火工艺都相同)生产了1、2号的冷轧 SPCD 试验板,并通过单向拉伸试验对两种钢的基本成形性能(r值、n 值)和力学性能指标(屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率)进行了测定。对比分析发现,卷取温度对 SPCD 冷轧板的成形性能影响显著,其主要原因为卷取温度能影响最终 SPCD 成品板的自由氮含量。
In order to study the effect of different coiling temperatures on the SPCD cold-rolled finished products produced by the CSP process, Cold Rolling SPCD Tests No. 1 and No. 2 were produced using two coiling temperatures (other hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing processes are the same) The basic formability (r value, n value) and mechanical properties (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation) of the two steels were measured by one-way tensile test. The comparative analysis shows that the coiling temperature has a significant effect on the formability of the SPCD cold rolled sheet, mainly because the coiling temperature can affect the free nitrogen content of the final SPCD finished sheet.
