[目的]为筛选防除棉田藨草的理想药剂,用草甘膦等常用除草剂与赤霉素、芸苔素内酯等生长调节剂两两混用,对藨草生理生化指标进行测定。[结果]药后9 d,赤霉素+欧特0.152 ga·i·/L、芸苔素内酯+欧特0.152 ga·i·/L和乙烯利+三氟啶磺隆0.01125 ga·i·/L组合与对照相比,藨草叶绿素含量下降;芸苔素内酯+欧特0.152 ga·i·/L和乙烯利+三氟啶磺隆0.01125 ga·i·/L组合可溶性蛋白含量显著升高;芸苔素内酯+欧特0.152 ga·i·/L组合SOD显著下降,3个组合MDA含量、CAT活性、POD活性均显著高于对照。[结论]室内生测试验结果表明除草剂与生长调节剂混用可以增强除草剂药效,在达到少量且合理使用除草剂的同时,降低了藨草的抗药性。
[Objective] The research aimed to select the ideal medicament for the control of Achnatherum sp., And to use the common herbicides such as glyphosate and other growth regulators such as gibberellin and brassinolide to determine the physiological and biochemical indexes. [Result] After 9 days of treatment, gibberellin + oxytocin 0.152 ga · i · L, brassinolide + lutein 0.152 ga · i ··L and ethephon + trifloxysulfuron 0.01125 ga · i Chlorophyll content decreased compared to the control; Brassinolide + Ott 0.152 ga · i · L and ethephon + trifloxysulfuron 0.01125 ga · i · / L Soluble protein content (P <0.05), and the SOD content of Brassinolide + Oat 0.152 ga · i ··L / L decreased significantly. The contents of MDA, CAT and POD in the three combinations were significantly higher than those in the control. [Conclusion] The results of indoor bioassay showed that the herbicide and the growth regulator could enhance the herbicidal efficacy and reduce the resistance of the herbaceous plant while achieving a small amount and reasonable use of the herbicide.
