通钢集团板石矿业有限责任公司现使用的竖井提升机为双卷筒单绳缠绕型,井筒装备采用的是刚性罐道,即组合钢罐道。钢罐道材质为球墨铸铁,其长12000mm,宽180mm,高20mm,壁厚9 mm。经使用发现,卸矿曲轨处由于受力大而磨损严重,罐道两侧磨损达6 mm,而受力较小的部位磨损也有4mm。并且钢罐道安装于井筒内,环境潮湿,更换频繁。由于组合钢罐道价格昂贵,每次更换需要消耗近4万元的成本,所以决定采用帮补技术来解决以上问题。
