目的探讨SUMO4基因M55V多态性与T2DM的关系。方法检索PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据库,收集有关T2DM与SUMO4基因M55V多态性的文献。根据文献纳入标准,提取相关数据。应用STATA 11.0软件进行Meta分析,计数资料采用优势比(OR)及95%CI表示,对病例组、对照组M55V进行分析。各组中研究异质性差异无统计学意义(P>0.1),采用固定效应模式,否则采用随机模式分析。结果纳入针对T2DM研究的文献7篇,通过对纳入的文献进行Meta分析发现M等位基因与T2DM相关(OR=0.84,95%CI:0.78~0.92,P<0.001)。结论 SUMO4基因M55V多态性与T2DM发病密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between M55V polymorphism of SUMO4 gene and T2DM. Methods PubMed, Chinese Journal Full-text Database and Wanfang database were searched and the literature about polymorphisms of T2DM and SUMO4 M55V were collected. According to the inclusion criteria of the literature, the relevant data were extracted. Meta-analysis was performed using STATA 11.0 software. Counting data were analyzed using odds ratio (OR) and 95% CI. M55V in case group and control group were analyzed. There was no significant difference in study heterogeneity in each group (P> 0.1), using a fixed effect model, otherwise using a random pattern analysis. Results Seven articles were included in the study of T2DM. Meta-analysis showed that the M allele was associated with T2DM (OR = 0.84, 95% CI: 0.78-0.92, P <0.001). Conclusion The M55V polymorphism of SUMO4 gene is closely related to the pathogenesis of T2DM.
