针对E类功率放大器输入输出回波损耗较大的缺陷,提出采用平衡结构的E类功率放大器的设计方法。仿真结果显示,在输入为28dBm时,功率附加效率(PAE)达到最大(85.2%),集电极效率η为88.3%,输出功率为42.4dBm;在320~360 MHz频率范围内,S11小于-19dB,S22小于-15dB,输入驻波系数小于1.3,输出驻波系数小于1.4;在325~355MHz范围内,PAE达到60%以上,具有较大的高效率带宽。输出匹配网络采用二次谐波抑制技术,谐波失真得到较好的抑制,二次谐波失真达到-92.4dBc。
Aiming at the defect that the return loss of input and output of E-type power amplifier is larger, a design method of E-type power amplifier with balanced structure is proposed. The simulation results show that the power added efficiency (PAE) reaches the maximum (85.2%), the collector efficiency η is 88.3% and the output power is 42.4dBm at the input of 28dBm. The S11 is less than -19dB in the frequency range of 320 ~ 360MHz , S22 is less than -15dB, the input VSWR is less than 1.3, and the output VSWR is less than 1.4. In the range of 325 ~ 355MHz, the PAE reaches more than 60% with a large high efficiency bandwidth. Output matching network using second harmonic suppression technology, harmonic distortion is better suppressed, the second harmonic distortion of -92.4dBc.
