本文比较了不同收获期天麻的化学成分,并采用双波长薄层扫描法对其所含天麻甙进行了定量测定。结果表明不同收获期的天麻中天麻甙的百分含量有较大的差别,12月份为0.23±0.01,9月份为0.31±0.01,7月份为0.93±0.03,其中7月份收获的天麻中天麻甙含量为最高。薄层定量采用了双向展层,溶剂:Ⅰ氯仿-甲醇(3∶1),Ⅱ、乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(9∶1∶0.1);2.5%磷钼酸乙醇液显色,分离清楚,重现性好。回收率为98.40±2.68%。
This article compares the chemical components of Gastrodia elata at different harvest stages, and uses a dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method to quantitatively determine the gastrodin. The results showed that the percentages of gastrodin in different harvest periods were significantly different, being 0.23±0.01 in December, 0.31±0.01 in September, and 0.93±0.03 in July, of which the gastrodins harvested in July were gastrodins.
