志愿服务是一种高层次的亲社会行为,是个体出于自愿的助人行为。当前高校普遍关注大学生志愿者参与的动机、德育功能、常态化等问题,却忽视大学生志愿者心理成长需求的满足。本文采用质性研究方法考察志愿服务在促进大学生社会认知、人际交往、自我意识、团队合作意识和公益行动理想等心理成长方面的积极作用,指出大学生志愿者的心理成长与其显性的行为投入和隐性的认知与情意投入有关,并就大学生志愿者心理成长的内外动力系统进行分析。
Volunteer service is a kind of high-level prosocial behavior, which is voluntary behavior of helping individuals. At present, universities generally pay attention to the motivation, moral education function and normalization of volunteer participation of college students, but neglect the satisfaction of college students’ psychological growth needs. This paper examines the positive role of volunteer service in promoting college students’ social cognition, interpersonal communication, self-awareness, teamwork awareness and the ideal of philanthropy and so on. This paper points out the psychological growth of volunteer college students and their explicit behavior input And implicit cognition and affective input, and analyze the psychology of college students volunteer internal and external motivation.
