目的研究四逆汤方对腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血压和压力反射敏感性(BRS)的影响。方法采用腹主动脉缩窄法制备高血压大鼠模型50只,造模成功后随机分为模型组(M组)、假手术组(B组)、四逆汤组(S组)、四逆汤+培哚普利组(SP组)、培哚普利组(P组)共5组,每组10只。术后4周开始灌胃,以假手术组为空白对照组,培哚普利组为阳性药物对照组,药物干预8周。用尾动脉仪连续动态测量大鼠左前肢血压。干预后8周通过股动脉插管,股静脉注射苯肾上腺素观察大鼠BRS、血压变化。结果造模后4周,与假手术组相比,各组收缩压均显著增高(P<0.001)、舒张压增高不明显(P>0.05),其中四逆汤组、四逆汤+培哚普利组舒张压增高(P<0.05)。药物干预后4周,与模型组相比,四逆汤组、四逆汤+培哚普利组、培哚普利组收缩压均明显降低(P<0.001),舒张压虽无明显降低,但与造模后血压相比有所下降(P<0.05)。药物干预后8周,与前一时间点血压相比,各组血压均无进一步降低(P>0.05)。药物干预后,与模型组相比,四逆汤组、四逆汤+培哚普利组、培哚普利组BRS明显上升(P<0.001)。结论四逆汤可改善腹主动脉缩窄大鼠的血压,可增加腹主动脉缩窄大鼠压力反射敏感性。
Objective To study the effect of Sini Decoction on blood pressure and pressure reflex sensitivity (BRS) in rats with abdominal aorta constriction. Methods 50 hypertensive rat models were established by abdominal aorta constriction. After successful modeling, they were randomly divided into model group (M group), sham operation group (B group), Sini decoction group (S group), Sini There were 5 groups in soup + perindopril group (SP group) and perindopril group (P group), 10 in each group. Gavage started 4 weeks after operation, and sham operation group was blank control group. Perindopril group was positive drug control group, drug intervention for 8 weeks. The tail artery instrument was used to measure the blood pressure of left forelimb in rats continuously. Eight weeks after intervention, femoral artery cannulation and phenylephrine injection were used to observe the changes of BRS and blood pressure in rats. Results Compared with the sham-operation group, systolic blood pressure was significantly increased (P <0.001) and diastolic blood pressure was not significantly increased at 4 weeks after modeling (P> 0.05) Puli increased diastolic blood pressure (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the systolic blood pressure of Sini Decoction group, Sini decoction group and perindopril group were significantly decreased (P <0.001) 4 weeks after drug intervention, diastolic blood pressure was not significantly reduced, But decreased compared with the blood pressure after modeling (P <0.05). After 8 weeks of drug intervention, there was no further decrease of blood pressure in each group (P> 0.05) compared with the previous time point. Compared with the model group, the BRS of Sini Decoction group, Sini Decoction + perindopril group and perindopril group were significantly increased (P <0.001) after drug intervention. Conclusion Sini decoction can ameliorate the blood pressure of rats with abdominal aorta constriction and increase the pressure reflex sensitivity of rats with abdominal aorta constriction.
