利用自行设计和研制的一套超声振动装置,对制备过程中的工艺参数,如:超声导入温度,超声输出功率和超声处理时间,对半固态AZ61镁合金组织的影响进行了分析;通过正交实验设计获得了超声制备AZ61镁合金半固态浆料的最佳工艺方案,即:超声导入温度为605℃,超声处理功率为900W,超声作用时间为60s。
The effects of process parameters such as ultrasonic introduction temperature, ultrasonic output power and ultrasonic treatment time on the microstructure of semi-solid AZ61 magnesium alloy were analyzed by using a set of ultrasonic vibration device designed and developed by ourselves. Experimental design obtained ultrasound preparation of AZ61 magnesium alloy semi-solid slurry best process scheme, namely: ultrasonic temperature of 605 ° C, ultrasonic treatment power of 900W, ultrasonic action time of 60s.
