事业单位当前所面临的最大问题就是:“缺乏业务创新意识,以及缺少支撑业务创新的学习氛围”。由此,党组织服务型转变也就需要以上述问题为导向,来使“转换”由自在转变为自为。措施包括:对基层党员干部进行动员、在单位内部建立标杆效应、积极维护一线职工的权益、将市场意识植入思想文化。
The biggest problems the PSUs currently face are: “Lack of awareness of business innovation and lack of learning atmosphere to support business innovation.” As a result, the service-oriented transformation of the party organizations also needs to be guided by the above-mentioned problems so that the “transition” can be changed from being comfortable to being. The measures include mobilizing the grass-roots party members and cadres, establishing the benchmarking effect within the unit, actively safeguarding the rights and interests of employees in front-line workers and implanting market awareness into the ideology and culture.
