Human resource scorecard is an evaluation model to evaluate the strategic impact of human resource structure on the company. Unlike ROI analysis, the HR scorecard addresses the theory that human resources create value for the entire company. Among the most important points in HR scorecard is the idea of “balance”. Human resource scorecards enable HR and business strategy to be integrated with high ROI as a target.
