随着互联网的飞速发展,青少年网络成瘾问题已经受到社会各界的广泛关注,并引起医学和心理学界的高度重视。目前,神经影像学在网络成瘾研究中的应用为预防、干预和治疗青少年网络成瘾提供“可视化”的科学依据。本文首先对网络成瘾的界定与临床诊断进行了阐述;其次回顾了近年来网络成瘾的功能影像学研究,发现网络成瘾者的额叶、海马、扣带回、丘脑等脑区参与了大脑的激活,这些变化很可能与成瘾者的认知和决策等功能相关联。脑功能影像学的研究揭示了网络成瘾青少年的大脑结构和功能的异常,为青少年网络成瘾的功能影像学机理提供进一步的证据,并为临床干预提供理论指导。最后,我们对未来研究进行了展望以期丰富和发展青少年网络成瘾方面的研究。
With the rapid development of the Internet, the issue of Internet addiction among young people has drawn wide attention from all walks of life and has drawn great attention from the medical and psychological circles. At present, the application of neuroimaging in internet addiction research provides scientific basis for prevention, intervention and treatment of adolescent internet addiction. This article first describes the definition and clinical diagnosis of internet addiction. Secondly, it reviews the functional imaging studies of internet addiction in recent years and finds that the frontal lobe, hippocampus, cingulate gyrus and thalamus in Internet addicts are involved Activation of the brain, these changes are likely to be related to addicts cognitive and decision-making and other functions. Brain imaging studies revealed the abnormal brain structure and function of adolescents with internet addiction, providing further evidence for the functional imaging mechanism of adolescent Internet addiction and providing theoretical guidance for clinical intervention. Finally, we look forward to future research in order to enrich and develop adolescent Internet addiction research.
