“服务营销”是一种通过关注顾客,进而提供服务,最终实现有利的交换的营销手段。实施服务营销首先要明确服务的对象,即“谁是我们的顾客”。太阳能热水器行业的顾客分为两个方面:分销商和消费者。对于厂商来说,应该为所有分销商和消费者提供优质的服务。通过服务,提高顾客满意度和忠诚度。用乔·吉拉德的话说:“为你的客户提供最好的服务,让他们一想到和别人做生意就有一种罪恶感”。
“Service Marketing ” is a marketing tool that focuses on customers, provides services, and ultimately enables beneficial exchanges.
