这次全省档案工作暨表彰先进会议,是在世纪之交召开的一次具有重要意义的会议。会议的主要任务是:认真学习江泽民、李鹏、李瑞环等党中央领导同志对全国档案工作的重要题词和胡锦涛同志在前不久召开的全国档案工作暨表彰先进会议上的重要讲话,深入贯彻省委八届三次全会和全国档案工作暨表彰先进会议精神,动员和组织全省各级档案部门和广大档案工作者,以党中央领导同志重要题词和讲话精神为根本指针,开拓解放思想的新境界,攀登争创一流的新顶点,以全省档案工作为大局服务的新成绩迎接新世纪。一、全省档案工作的基本经验建设有中国特色社会主义事业,是前无古人的伟大事业。档案工作作为维护党和国家历史真实面貌的重要事业,是建设有中国特色社会主义事业不可缺少的一个方面。
