用噻唑蓝比色法观察了过氧化氢、Ｌ精氨酸、ＮＧ硝基Ｌ精氮酸处理的内皮细胞条件培养液对平滑肌细胞增殖的影响。结果显示：过氧化氢和ＮＧ硝基Ｌ精氨酸处理的内皮细胞条件培养液对平滑肌细胞增殖有明显促进作用；而Ｌ精氨酸内皮细胞条件培养液有明显的抑制平滑肌细胞增殖作用；说明内皮细胞通过合成释放一氧化氮调节平滑肌细胞增殖。 Thiazolyl blue colorimetry was used to observe the effect of hydrogen peroxide, L-arginine, NG-nitro-L-arginine treatment of endothelial cell conditioned medium on the proliferation of smooth muscle cells.
