以氯化血红素为原料经加成、脱铁、醚化及水解合成了7个新的血卟啉乙二醇醚类化合物(1a~g),1a~g在D2O中对NADPH光氧化作用的敏化效应均高于HpD,1b对小鼠S180肉瘤的光动力损伤作用明显高于HpD。
Seven new hematoporphyrin glycol ethers (1a ~ g) were synthesized by addition, deferrization, etherification and hydrolysis of hemin with 1a ~ g photooxidation of NADPH in D2O Sensitization effect were higher than HpD, 1b photodynamic damage in S180 sarcoma was significantly higher than HpD.
