现阶段企业的发展是促使我国经济不断发展的一大助力,而人才的数量才是促使企业繁荣的发动机,因此在招聘过程中制定双方满意的薪金数额是帮助企业引进人才的一大助力。由于招聘过程也是一个不完全信息的动态博弈过程,通过理论可以找出招聘方对应应聘者的不同策略所给出的最优薪金水平,但在实践中面临着劳务市场信息不透明的问题。因此只有通过对劳务市场的整治,才能减少招聘成本,增加招聘效率。
At the present stage, the development of enterprises is a great help to promote the continuous development of economy in our country. The quantity of talents is the engine to promote the prosperity of enterprises. Therefore, setting satisfactory salaries in the recruitment process is a great help for enterprises to introduce talents. Because the hiring process is also a dynamic process of incomplete information, the optimal wage level given by different strategies of recruiters to corresponding applicants can be found through the theory. However, in practice, there is a problem that the labor market information is not transparent. Therefore, only through remediation of the labor market can we reduce recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiency.
