论述了广深线160km/h准高速客车用大功率盘形制动装置;制动盘与闸片的结构与材质研究;制动盘通风散热性能试验及耐热裂性能计算机模拟及实物验证试验;盘形制动摩擦—磨损性能试验研究。以及在环行线进行的准高速客车溜放制动试验及准高速列车制动运行试验。试验结果表明,所研究的大功率盘形制动装置能满足准高速客车制动要求,160km/h速度下列车的紧急制动距离均小于提出的1400m要求。
Discussed the 160km / h high-speed passenger cars on Guangzhou-Shenzhen line with high-power disc brake device; brake disc and brake structure and material research; brake disc ventilation and heat dissipation performance and thermal cracking resistance of computer simulation and physical verification test ; Disc brake friction - wear performance test research. As well as the quasi-high-speed passenger car slip brake test and the quasi-high-speed train brake running test carried out in the circular line. The test results show that the high power disc brake device studied can meet the requirements of quasi-high-speed passenger car braking. The emergency braking distance of the train at 160km / h is less than the proposed 1400m.
