热风炉烟气余热回收利用

高风温操作是高炉冶炼过程中降焦节能的一条重要途径。随着高炉冶炼的不断强化,焦比逐渐下降,高炉煤气热值越来越低,在此情况下,燃烧低热值燃料的热风炉拟想高炉获得高风温冶炼显然是困难的。但国内外冶金工作者,仍在追求提高风温问题。实践表明风温在1000℃以上时,风温每提高100℃降低焦比16公斤/吨铁,同时产量增加3%。 High temperature operation is an important way to reduce energy consumption during the blast furnace smelting process. With the continuous strengthening of blast furnace smelting, the coke ratio gradually decreases and the calorific value of blast furnace gas is getting lower and lower. Under this circumstance, it is obviously difficult for the hot blast stove burning low calorific value fuels to obtain the high temperature smelting blast furnace. However, domestic and foreign metallurgical workers are still pursuing the issue of increasing the temperature of the wind. Practice shows that when the air temperature is above 1000 ℃, the air temperature is increased by 100 ℃, the coke reduction rate is 16kg / tonne iron, while the output is increased by 3%.
