为研究血小板衍生生长因子受体(PDGFR)表达与膀胱移行上皮细胞癌的关系,采用免疫组织化学SP法观察43例膀胱癌、11例正常膀胱、14例癌分正常膀胱组织PDGFR表达。结果发现PDGFR阳性染色分布于癌细胞、间质、血管及炎症细胞的胞浆、胞膜及核膜。膀胱癌组织PDGFR阳性率为81.4%,明显高于正常及癌旁膀胱组织,统计学上有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。研究表明PDGFR表达与正常组织生长有关,过度表达与癌的形成、血管的形成及炎症细胞功能相关。未发现PDGFR表达与肿瘤分期、分级及预后相关。
To study the relationship between platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) expression and transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder, the expression of PDGFR in 43 cases of bladder cancer, 11 cases of normal bladder, and 14 cases of normal bladder tissue was observed by immunohistochemical SP method. The results showed that PDGFR positive staining was distributed in the cytoplasm, membrane and nuclear membrane of cancer cells, stroma, blood vessels and inflammatory cells. The positive rate of PDGFR in bladder cancer tissues was 81.4%, which was significantly higher than that of normal and adjacent bladder tissues. There was a statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Studies have shown that PDGFR expression is associated with normal tissue growth, and overexpression is associated with cancer formation, blood vessel formation, and inflammatory cell function. No PDGFR expression was associated with tumor stage, grade, and prognosis.
