目的：观察立其丁—多巴胺治疗肾综合征出血热急性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法：于肾综合征出血热少尿期，在限止液体入量、促进利尿等治疗基础上，用立其丁１０ｍｇ及多巴胺２０ｍｇ加入１０％ＧＳ３００ｍｌ中静脉点滴。结果：治疗组９３．３３％（２８／３０）病程缩短，加快进入多尿期，且症状、体征、尿蛋白、血尿素氮的复常及转归均优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：使用立其丁—多巴胺治疗肾综合征出血热急性肾功能衰竭是安全和有效的
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Rethidine - dopamine in the treatment of acute renal failure with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Method: Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome oliguria period, in the limit of fluid intake, diuretic and other treatment based on the treatment, with 10mg and 10mg Dingding Dopamine added 10% GS300ml intravenous drip. Results: The duration of 93.33% (28/30) in the treatment group was shortened and the progression to polyuria was accelerated. The symptoms and signs, urine protein and blood urea nitrogen were better than those in the control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusions: Risidin-dopamine in the treatment of acute renal failure with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is safe and effective
