目的:探讨饮食护理干预在改善消化性溃疡患者生活质量中的应用。方法:将90例消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组治疗方法基本一致,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强饮食护理干预,比较两组的饮食知识掌握、复发率以及生活质量。结果:观察组的饮食知识掌握好于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活状态等生活质量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:饮食护理干预能够增加消化性溃疡的饮食知识,促进科学饮食,减低复发率,提高生活质量。
Objective: To explore the application of dietary nursing intervention in improving quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer. Methods: Ninety patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups of treatment methods were basically the same. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was better than the control group in dietary nursing intervention. Mastery, recurrence rate and quality of life. Results: The observation group had better knowledge of diet than the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in somatic function, social function, material life status, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dietary nursing intervention can increase the diet knowledge of peptic ulcer, promote scientific diet, reduce the relapse rate and improve the quality of life.
