本文首先简要综述了热电堆薄板式热流计的应用及一些检定方法。但以往的一些分析很少介绍安上热流计前的真实热流与安上热流计后测得热流的解析关系式。本文分析讨论了热流测量中引起测量误差的一个关键问题,即引入热流计后所造成被测对象原有真实热流的变化而引起的误差;从一维稳态热流的角度出发推出了三种安装情况下热流计热阻造成误差的解析关系式。从这些式中可以看到影响测得真实热流的因素;为设计安装热流计,分析热流测量误差,设法测得真实热流提供理论依据。 This paper first briefly reviews the application of thermopile thin plate heat flow meter and some verification methods. However, some analyzes in the past seldom introduce the analytic relation between the real heat flow before the heat flow meter and the heat flow after the heat flow meter is installed. This paper analyzes and discusses a key problem caused by measurement error in the measurement of heat flow, that is, the error caused by the change of the original real heat flux of the measured object caused by the introduction of the heat flow meter. Three types of installation are introduced from the perspective of one- Case heat flow meter thermal resistance error caused by the analytical relationship. From these formulas, we can see the factors that affect the real heat flux measured, and provide the theoretical basis for designing and installing the heat flow meter, analyzing the measurement error of the heat flow and trying to find the real heat flow.
