为了解决火焰原子吸收光谱法测定人血中钠时容易产生的问题,用控温加热板、硝酸-过氧化氢消解血样,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钠,尝试不同实验条件,寻找最优组合。在确定的条件下,该方法与中子活化法测定钠的结果无显著性差异。该方法的相关系数为0.9857,平均回收率为101.81%,相对标准偏差小于4%。火焰原子吸收光谱法测定全血中钠,方法简便易行、结果准确可靠,适合用于批量血样的分析测定。
In order to solve the problem that flame atomic absorption spectrometry is easy to produce in the determination of sodium in human blood, sodium is determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with controlled temperature heating plate, nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide, and try different experimental conditions to find the optimal combination. Under certain conditions, there is no significant difference between this method and the neutron activation method for the determination of sodium. The correlation coefficient of this method was 0.9857, the average recovery was 101.81% and the relative standard deviation was less than 4%. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry determination of sodium in whole blood, the method is simple and easy, the results are accurate and reliable, suitable for the analysis of bulk blood samples.
