电机械分离(EMD)是指心脏存在有机的电活动而不伴有同步的心肌纤维收缩和心输出量,这实际上很少有解剖学资料证实.本文采用二维超声心动图(2—DE)研究了 EMD 病例是否存在或缺乏心肌壁和/或瓣膜运动.方法:1986年4月~1987年1月在急诊室出现或其后产生的 EMD 病例,当不能扪及颈动脉和股动脉搏动而 ECG 存在有机的电活动者纳入本研究.在心肺复苏时,暂停5秒钟,作者在剑突下部位作2—DE 检查,因这可显现心脏的四腔、二尖瓣和三尖瓣.
