技术进步在推动经济较快增长的同时,随着经济总量规模的不断扩大,也耗费了巨大的稀缺不可再生资源,污染了人类赖以生存的环境。在可持续发展的目标下,技术进步、经济增长与生态环境之间成为一个相互制约、相互关联的三元系统。通过构建该三元系统的关联模型,量化了该三元系统间的关联关系。由技术进步效率概念和内涵的界定,建立该三元系统的调控优化模型,得出技术进步效率是该三元系统调控的最佳切入点,这为我国经济、社会的可持续协调发展提供了有益的分析路径。
While promoting rapid economic growth, as technology continues to expand, the size of the economy is constantly expanding. As a result, enormous scarce non-renewable resources are expended and polluting the environment in which people depend. Under the goal of sustainable development, technological progress, economic growth and ecological environment have become a ternary system with mutual restraint and interconnection. By constructing the correlation model of the ternary system, the correlation between the ternary systems is quantified. Based on the definition of the concept and connotation of technological progress efficiency, the optimal control model of the ternary system is established. The conclusion is drawn that the technological progress efficiency is the best entry point for the ternary system regulation and control. This provides the sustainable and coordinated development of economy and society Beneficial analysis of the path.
